Job Overview:
As the E-Commerce Store Manager for Saint Perry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce store, from website management and merchandising to customer experience and sales optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Saint Perry e-commerce store, including website maintenance, product updates, and inventory management.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales revenue.
Analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic sources, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits of the e-commerce store to ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, and promotional offers.
Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, categorization, and navigation, enhancing the online shopping experience for customers.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Wolf and Badger, Brandboom, and Empower Global.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
