Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Store Manager to join our team and take charge of enhancing the visual appeal, functionality, organization, and conversion performance of our Shopify store. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for our customers while supporting our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Enhancement: Overhaul and optimize the existing Shopify store to align with our updated product offerings and brand identity.
Visual and User Experience: Improve the overall look and feel of the website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly design that reflects our brand.
Product Presentation: Create and maintain visually appealing product listings, descriptions, images, and videos that highlight the unique features and benefits of each product.
Navigation and Organization: Implement intuitive site navigation and categorization, making it easy for customers to find and explore products.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the website’s conversion funnel, streamline the checkout process, and reduce cart abandonment.
Responsive Design: Ensure the website is optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless browsing experience on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Content Management: Regularly update and refresh website content, including banners, promotions, and announcements.
SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Apparel E-commerce Expertise: Leverage your experience in the apparel e-commerce industry to implement best practices specific to fashion retail.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align online store updates with promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
Customer Support: Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries related to the online shopping experience.

Requirements:

Shopify Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce stores.
Apparel E-commerce Experience: Prior involvement in the apparel or fashion e-commerce sector, understanding industry-specific challenges and strategies.
Design and Aesthetics: Strong eye for design, capable of translating brand aesthetics into an engaging online presence.
UX/UI Expertise: Knowledge of user experience and interface design principles to create an intuitive and visually pleasing website.

Conversion Optimization: Proven track record of improving e-commerce conversion rates and enhancing online shopping experiences.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and their application to e-commerce websites.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous e-commerce projects and design work is a plus.
