DESCRIPTION
I am an entrepreneur who is creating multiple websites and stores on platforms like WooCommerce, Etsy, and eBay. I work on creating SEO plans for these stores and populating their products right now. I am currently working alone and love of thinking and implementing strategies for growth, but I need someone dedicated to help me tie the loose ends.
I need someone to help me build and delegate multiple tasks in order to help building these stores. Later, when they will get bigger and have more orders, the job may grow into also managing orders and emails.
Right now, we will be working and re-creating a lot of products for multiple stores. I am always creating the titles and descriptions, and guide the whole process myself. I am looking for someone efficient and diligent who knows how to execute fast and clean and preferably knows the tools and powers at their disposal.
I need someone who will work on who will work mainly of these types of tasks, for data entry and graphic design:
– Collection of images and information from our suppliers, or retrieval of information and images online. We will also have you upload and modify images on new platforms you might now know yet, so we need someone open to learning.
– Basic Image creation and modifications with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
– WooCommerce product page creation. This is the most important part for now. This is where you will have to create and modify products with our titles and descriptions, or as discussed between us. You will have to upload and manage images for SEO, as well as control over their overall titles, descriptions and additional options and once uploaded.
– eBay Listing modifications (image & descriptions uploading) and use of very, very basic HTML
– Etsy Listing modifications (image & descriptions uploading)
– If you also know how to write well and create descriptions, it’s a big plus but it’s not necessarily required. We mostly need someone who can work and knows how to use images and do data entry for creating and modifying products and their images.
Later, as stores grow and we have more orders, the job can evolve to also become – if you have the capacity and willingness, to:
– Answering and contacting clients about their orders, managing emails.
– Collecting and creating order documents, and email our suppliers.
– Perhaps even bookkeeping.
