EhancedLabs (/) is an American based international supplement company in the bodybuilding/biohacking space.
Our company is rapidly growing globally and we are seeking an experienced customer support specialist who has experience in Shopify and wholesale order administration.
*Experience working in the bodybuilding/biohacking/wellness industry is a plus*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wholesale Order Administration:
Input wholesale orders accurately into the company’s order management system.
Ensure all wholesale orders are processed promptly and efficiently.
Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Management in Shopify:
Maintain and update inventory levels in the Shopify system.
Monitor product availability and restock items as needed.
Collaborate with the purchasing or procurement team to manage stock levels effectively.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and support cases.
Provide product information, assistance with order tracking, and guidance on returns and exchanges.
Order Tracking and Status Updates:
Provide customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders.
Monitor the progress of orders from processing to shipment and delivery.
Communicate any delays or issues to customers and offer alternative solutions when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all wholesale orders, inventory adjustments, and customer interactions.
Generate reports related to order processing, inventory levels, and customer support metrics as needed.
Use data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in doing in wholesale order administration
Experience in e-commerce customer support
Proficiency in managing inventory using e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Experience with inventory tracking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
