Plus a 5% Salary increase after 6 months

Description/Information:

UK client needs sales and admin VA. This will start as part-time 4hrs/week and will grow soon as they start running ads. No set schedule for now. The client has two businesses and will train you in his 2nd business if successful.
:
The role will involve responding to customer queries, updating their CRM (via Click to view), checking sales order details, inputting data into our order software, and updating customer dispatch information.
Talk on the phone with UK customers, email our customers, contractors, and suppliers, along with understanding the technical constraints of our product.
Apps:
Shopify, Click to view, email, facebook messanger, etc

Minimum Requirements:
*E-commerce and Shopify CS experience
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls – Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics 628, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to strictly follow an NDA

*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use tools like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
