As we expand our presence on platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop, we’re looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer support and enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers.
Position Overview: As a Customer Service VA, you’ll be an integral part of our e-commerce operations, ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support. You’ll manage customer inquiries, feedback, and issues primarily through digital channels, including email, social media, and our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of our products and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various channels, including email, social media, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon and TikTok Shop).
– Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with our policies.
– Monitor customer reviews on e-commerce platforms and respond appropriately, including reaching out via internal chat features and posting public replies when necessary.
– Update and maintain accurate customer service logs and databases.
– Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to address and resolve shipping or inventory issues reported by customers.
– Assist in creating and updating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and customer service scripts to improve self-service options and support efficiency.
– Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to the team to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and style to match our brand voice.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
– Proficiency in using customer service software (including Amazon & TikTok Shop), and office productivity tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
– Flexible availability to accommodate customer inquiries across different time zones.
Working Conditions: This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Standard working hours are 8 am – 5 pm PST, with the flexibility to adjust based on customer activity peaks.
