About Us:
We are an e-commerce company based in the US specializing in kitchenware. We pride ourselves on high-quality beautiful yet functional products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. A large portion of our business is focused on Amazon’s FBA program. As an Administrative Assistant in our business you will be working alongside the Co-Founder directly.

Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our e-commerce operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

– Conduct daily account health checks, monitor our listings and resolve any issues on all e-commerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy).
– Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
– Monitor and track inventory levels on a weekly basis to ensure we do not go out of stock.
– Reconcile inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
– Review shipment invoices and updating spreadsheets for accurate reporting.
– Reconcile monthly ending inventory reports.
– Monthly sales reporting and analysis for our different platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy).
– Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation.
– Raise and manage Amazon Seller Central Cases to maximize reimbursements for lost or stolen inventory, reporting IP infringement, and resolving issues as and when needed.
– Investigate and send cease and desist notices unauthorized and fraudulent sellers from online marketplaces.
– Track competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market.
– Performing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Training will be provided for all tasks. You will shadow the founder to learn the tasks, and will also be provided with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training videos.

Required Experience and Skillset:
– Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required (1+ year preferred)
– Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filters, Building Spreadsheets)
– Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar)
– Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Loom, Dropbox, Asana or similar platforms.

Required Professional Attributes:
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, this is a remote position, all documents need to be saved accurately in the cloud.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Self-motivated with a strong desire for long-term growth within a company.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones if needed.
– Fast and reliable internet.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, 8 hour days
