As a Virtual Assistant for our eCommerce stores, you will play a crucial role in helping us streamline our day-to-day operations and enhance our online presence. You will work remotely, enjoying a flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Shopify and other eCommerce platforms to manage product listings, update product descriptions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our online store.
Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for our product listings, including product images, descriptions, and reviews.
Order Management: Monitor and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restock products as needed, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Odd Jobs: Be a versatile problem-solver by handling various ad-hoc tasks and projects that may arise, from data entry to research and more.
Utilize ChatGPT: Learn and utilize ChatGPT to streamline and automate tasks, provide information, and assist with decision-making.
Self-Management: Be a self-starter who can manage your workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in eCommerce, preferably with a strong understanding of Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools like ChatGPT (training can be provided).
Tech-savvy and quick learner.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
