We are Zapply, a very fast growing supplement brand in the e-commerce space based in the Netherlands. We are currently transforming the industry with new science based supplements that optimise male performance. We are market leaders within the Netherlands and currently working on expanding globally. We’re currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team of 6-8 people based in Europe and the philippines. We host weekly calls and have a very exciting and inspiring work culture.

* This to us is a very serious role. We need someone who has some skills already and we want you to grow within the company and become my right hand directly. So be aware that the selection process is very strict and the more details you provide the better!

Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations across various tasks, including managing Facebook ads, translating content, and assisting with staff management. We prioritise clear communication, a strong work ethic, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
-Having experience with platforms like shopify, klaviyo & facebook

-Being able to create and work with clickup slack and project management tools

-Being available in EU timezone with very fast reply times on whatsapp/ slack

-Have experience with e-commerce brands/ dropshipping stores

Daily Tasks & responsibilities:

-Scheduling Facebook ads campaigns.

-Translating ad copy and content using ChatGPT.

-Posting & creating content on social media

-Assisting with financial tracking by managing profit and loss sheets.

-Translating and launching new stores to expand our global reach.

-Conducting research to inform static ad strategies and improve performance.

-Supporting payroll management and ensuring timely salary disbursements.

-Assisting in staff management tasks to ensure smooth operations.

(These can change in the future but these are tasks you can work on right away)
