Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service Management: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes with professionalism and in a timely manner.
-Order and Inventory Management: Oversee order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and inventory accuracy across both platforms.
-Product Listing and Optimization: Maintain and update product listings to ensure accuracy and optimize for maximum visibility and sales.
-Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor platform compliance and stay updated with the latest marketplace rules and best practices.
-Operational Support: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
