E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We run a custom merchandise business on behalf of high-end member clubs that manages 50-200 orders per month across ~30 different stores. (many stores each with low volume).
We are looking for someone with very good English, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic to help our team.
This job will start out as part time but may lead to a full-time role. The initial expectation is that this role will last 2-3 months but it may lead to a long-term employment opportunity.
Job Details:
• We have to recreate and move ~30 stores from shopify to a new platform over the next couple months. The hired assistant will be trained in the new platform on how to create the new stores.
The work arrangement can be flexible (number of hours per day/per week, which days/hours are worked), depending on the candidate.
Once trained, we will start recreating stores onto the new platform (trying to match the current stores in shopify as closely as possible).
• Ideally the candidate will work in US Pacific time zone, but this can be flexible for the right candidate
• Pay rate is commensurate with work experience
• If all goes well, we can continue to work together over the long-term to develop new stores as with sign up new clients.
Candidate must have:
• Fluent English language skills
• Extreme Attention to Detail
• Independent mindset – an ability to think on his/her own
• Common sense and an ability to solve problems on his/her own
• 5+ years of ecommerce experience, particularly with clothing and customized merchandise
• A positive, optimistic attitude
Other Skills/Experience that would be attractive and helpful but not a requirement include:
• Ideally he/she has built an e-commerce store before
• Coding experience (specifically related to web-page design/e-commerce stores but I’m interesting in hearing about anything relevant)
