E-commerce Virtual Assistant

Anna’s World of Gifts is a new company currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented full-time E-commerce Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for managing our marketplace accounts on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. You will also be responsible for creating and managing product listings, optimizing product titles and descriptions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate has experience using Printify and Printiful and other sales platforms.

Skills
– Seeking someone who loves all things SEO.
– You can create optimized listings and troubleshoot all sort of issues on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
– You’re very experienced using Shopify to create listings and can integrate any type of apps
– You can manage feeds and keep databases up to date
– You’re very detailed and monitor inventory and product pricing across all channels
– You have great customer service skills to respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
– You can research new providers and create, send, and follow-up on purchase orders
– You analyses sales data and are able to research and suggest strategies to increase sales and profitability.
– You’re always on the loop on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
– Be knowledgeable about SEO optimization and SEO local strategies
– Web research with search engines like Google, Bing, etc
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, with expertise in marketplace account management and listing creation in Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices, including local SEO

-Develop and implement keyword-rich content for product titles, bullet points, search terms, and descriptions or other product listing elements.
-Optimize product listings for search relevancy and conversion rates.
-Conduct competitive analysis to identify keyword gaps and opportunities.
-Monitor search rankings and adjust keyword strategy as needed to improve visibility and sales.
– Manage and maintain the Etsy store, eBay and Amazon, including uploading new products, creating product listings, and optimizing product descriptions for SEO.
– Experience in Amazon/Ecommerce listing optimization
– Expert level knowledge in Amazon SEO & CVR optimization
– Expert level knowledge in Amazon product listing best practices and strategies.

Tech Stack:

– Marketplaces: Ebay, Amazon, and Etsy

Responsibilities:
1. Analysing the performance of all our content regarding SEO
2. Evaluating new content and proposing briefs on how to optimize/improve that content
3. Evaluating existing/old content on how to optimize/improve it
4. Evaluating our competition monthly and making recommendations to us based on that evaluation
5. Implementing changes to content directly on our content management platform.
6. Create and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve ranking
7. Develop and implement Facebook content and advertising campaigns
8. Analyse and report on website and social media metrics to improve performance

Need someone who is experienced.
We do not train and the minimum experience you must have as an SEO professional is 3 years.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, resourceful, trustworthy, and looking for a long-term professional relationship.
