**Virtual Assistant for Gaming YouTube Channel**
Are you passionate about gaming and want to be part of an exciting YouTube channel? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our gaming channel. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who loves gaming and wants to work closely with our team to help grow our channel.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **YouTube Management:**
– Uploading videos to the channel.
– Optimizing video titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum visibility.
– Monitoring and responding to comments and engaging with our community.
– Pulling analytics and providing regular reports on video performance.
3. **CRM Management:**
– Setting up and managing our CRM system to streamline workflows.
– Utilizing Asana for project management and task delegation.
– Organizing and categorizing subscriber data for targeted outreach.
4. **Content Research and Planning:**
– Staying updated on gaming trends and news.
– Assisting in brainstorming video ideas and content planning.
– Conducting competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
**Requirements:**
– Experience with managing YouTube channels and understanding of YouTube analytics.
– Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Asana.
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming community.
– Experience in content creation or digital marketing is a plus.
