Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our growing eCommerce company based in Texas. This role is crucial for setting up our product offerings and involves comprehensive product research, supplier management, and logistics coordination. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to grow with a new and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Information Management: Carefully review product details provided by the Product Specialist team to ensure they meet client requirements. Seek additional information from the Product Specialist team if necessary.
Product Uploading: Accurately upload product information to various retailer portals. Resolve any issues related to the upload process and verify successful uploads.
Product Research: Conduct thorough product research using tools like based on the areas specified. Gather and organize this information on Google Sheets.
Supplier Identification: Identify potential suppliers for the researched products, focusing on platforms like Alibaba and others.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure the best deals for bulk purchases.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange the shipment of bulk products from suppliers to the US, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Coupon Hunting: Find and apply online coupons to optimize costs when purchasing products in bulk.
Issue Resolution: Promptly escalate any concerns from retailers or end buyers to the Sales Manager.
Product Tracking: Regularly check the product upload spreadsheet to identify any products not yet live for selling.
Communication: Respond to product-related emails within the designated timeframe or as instructed by the Sales Manager.
Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales trends, identify reasons for changes in revenue, and report findings to management.
Retailer Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the specific retailer account being managed.
