E-commerce Virtual Assistant (CSR, Tracking Numbers Update and Handle Returns)

We are looking for an enthusiast who will help us to grow our online stores and to help our customers.

Your daily tasks would be:
– Update tracking numbers on orders placed the previous day.
– Keep customers updated on back orders and delays via email.
– Provide customer support via email on shipment and return concerns
– Keep our records organized by saving PO invoices and receipts
– Help update inventory (prices, stock, lead time, add new products)

Skills Required:
1. Great Researching Skills
2. Excellent English – can understand instructions properly
3. Excellent English Verbal – be able to take phone calls
4. Persistent & Detail oriented – can focus on each task
5. Responsible
6. Eager to learn new things
7. Able to communicate effectively
8. Excel / Google Sheets

Bonus Skill:
1. Experience in dropshipping
2. Automotive parts (or parts related) background/experience
3. Customer service Experience
4. Knowledge of platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Big Commerce, Finale

Work hours are from Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific time (8 hrs work + 1 hr unpaid break).
