Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Order Management: Process orders, handle cancellations, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
Product Listing: Assist with product listings, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and updating inventory.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Feedback and Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on various platforms.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining customer records.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences to improve our product offerings and customer service strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
Organization: High level of organization and attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
