E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (With Shopify Experience)

Hello,

I lead a dynamic SMMA that creates impactful content for social media shorts as well as YouTube.

I work with high ticket clients that want to grow their social media presence and sell digital products. These high ticket clients demand quality.

You will be joining a team of several video editors and VAs, in a management position.

Past experience with social media is a great help, but the most important thing is that you are willing to learn fast. What works on social media is constantly changing.

We do all the editing of clients videos from scratch, starting with raw footage, and ending with posting to their account

As our business expands, we’re actively seeking VAs who have a flair for understanding and improving social media video content as well as having experience getting views from the algorithm. If you are flexible, and would like to learn and grow, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities & Skillsets:

-Tool Proficiency: You should be comfortable with, or willing to quickly learn, Asana, Notion, Adobe Premier Pro, and CapCut.

-Platform Experience: Our content spans multiple platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Truth Social, Twitter, YouTube, YouTube shorts, and Instagram reels. Prior experience or understanding of these platforms is a huge plus.

-Video Evaluation: Ability to review a video draft from our editors and provide actionable feedback. Your insights will be crucial to ensuring our content stands out and engages viewers.

-Contextual Understanding: Videos don’t just need to be well-edited; they need to convey a story or message. You should be adept at understanding context, ensuring the essence of the content isn’t lost in editing.

-Segmenting Long-form Content: If handed an hour-long interview, you should be capable of distilling it into 15 compelling short videos. These will then be passed onto our editors for additional enhancements like animations.

-A Personal Note: My vision for content is clear — uncompromising quality. I’ll ask for revisions to get the content right, but rest assured, dedication and skill improvement never go unnoticed. I make it a point to reward and tip for standout performance. You will grow in your skillset, and have a portfolio of work that proves you can help any business make more profit through social media.
