Our client, a leading marketing agency, is seeking a Remote Full-Time Account Manager and Operations Specialist. The individual will serve as an assistant to our client-facing account manager and will be responsible for managing client interactions on . We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can seamlessly take instructions from calls and implement them effectively. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who excels at executing tasks and managing operations in a dynamic and remote work environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the client-facing Account Manager in managing and maintaining accounts.
* Execute directives and strategies as communicated by the Account Manager, ensuring a high level of consistency and quality.
* Delegate tasks as necessary on behalf of the Account Manager to internal and external resources.
* Monitor and manage daily operations on , including order tracking, inventory management, and responding to customer inquiries.
* Ensure that client accounts are up-to-date with accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
* Collaborate with multiple teams, such as marketing and sales, to implement strategies and provide feedback.
* Proactively identify and communicate any potential issues or areas of improvement to the Account Manager.
What you need:
* Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably on .
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-starter with excellent execution skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
What would be a plus:
* Familiarity with ’s seller interface and tools.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Magento, Salsify, or WooCommerce.
* Proficiency in using project management software, like Asana or Trello. Experience with Click-Up is a bonus
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
