Job Summary:
As the E-Commerce Website Manager for En Gold, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, a keen eye for design, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website through Shopify Plus.
– Ensure the website is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing using seamless integration with third-party apps and tools.
– Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement website enhancements and updates.
– Maintain the operations of Shopify Plus store and stay up to date with processes, apps and plugins that will support the operations of the business.
o Using Shopify tools and integrated apps to maintain imagery and periodically reviewing all content and copy to support the sale of the products.
o Maintaining & testing user experience by completing regular health checks of our online platforms
o Working closely with General Manager and CEO to understand when content of new products is ready to be uploaded & online ready for sale.
Product Management:
– Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive product listings.
– Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and user engagement.
– Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote featured products and collections.
User Experience Optimisation:
– Analyze user behavior and website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
– Implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a visually appealing and intuitive online environment.
– Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web solutions.
Content Management:
– Manage product descriptions, images, and other content on the website.
– Develop and implement a content calendar for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
– Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all online channels.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
– Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track website performance.
– Generate regular reports on website metrics and e-commerce sales.
– Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
This is a Cebu based position.
