Job Description

Our e-commerce company is looking for people! We are looking for a part-time Customer Support employee to join our team, someone with a thorough knowledge of Shopify and drop shipping business models. You will ensure that our customers receive the best support regarding their concerns about our products and shipments.

What does a Customer Support Representative do?

A Customer Support Representative is responsible for contacting customers on behalf of their company. Your duties include responding to customer emails, helping customers order and return products and gathering feedback on and improving our suppliers’ procedures and shipping methods, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers. Working with Klarna is also very important and you will have experience with this.

Responsibilities and Duties.

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Notifying customers of additional products or services
Determine the fastest and most effective way to answer customer inquiries
Escalate disputes and problems effectively
Resolve common problems with a product or shipment to the supplier

Qualifications and Skills.

Service-oriented. Service is your genuine interest and you love serving people.
Technically savvy. You know how to navigate Shopify and email ticketing systems.
Problem solving ability. Every problem has a solution, left or right you know how to solve problems.
Multitasking and organizational skills. You can work with several tools at once and plan ahead.
Attentiveness and patience. You notice immediately when something suspicious happens or something that is bad for the company’s reputation.
Ability to find the positive in any situation. Dealing with customers can be difficult. You are undying to negativity and can see the bright side.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communication skills are essential in this position.

Salary expectations

You will start as a support assistant in training, working on the side of the company owner, starting at 1 hour per day with compensation of 4$ per hour.
We always start with a one-month trial period. Then we hold an evaluation to see if both parties want to continue working together. If yes, you will be promoted to Junior Customer Support Representative with increased compensation up to 5/6$ /hour.
If you fit with us, you can advance to the management level with higher compensation.
