Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Email and SMS Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage our customers and drive sales. You will create and manage email and SMS flows and campaigns, leveraging platforms like Klaviyo and SMS Bump to optimize our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies.
Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and segmenting audiences.
Utilize Klaviyo and SMS Bump to set up automated flows and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Proficiency with Klaviyo and SMS Bump or similar marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and regulations.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisions.
