We are seeking an Executive Assistant with extensive social media experience to join our team. This role involves enhancing our presence globally, specifically in the UK, Dubai, and USA, as a root cause health and wellbeing expert. The ideal candidate will create and manage email databases, generate traffic via social media and Google adverts, and develop lead generation strategies to attract high-earning clients interested in health and longevity.
Key responsibilities include daily social media content creation for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, managing a YouTube channel, and creating sales funnels, free downloads, workbooks, and guides. The role also involves establishing connections within the health and wellness space, automating direct messages, identifying speaking opportunities, and developing and managing memberships and courses.
Daily Work Description:
Elevate presence ideally on a global scale – UK/Dubai/USA as an expert for root cause health & wellbeing
Create email databases in each of the countries identifying high earning clients who wants to live longer and stay healthy
Create traffic via social media or google adverts to create the email databases
Create lead generations for clients to book a discovery call/book blood testing/toxicity testing etc
Create social media content daily for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, including reels, stories and create videos
Create and manage a Youtube channel and get guests to come on
Create free downloads to capture clients – client to provide information until EA has further knowledge
Create a sales funnels with offers and memberships to enable clients to have alternative options if can’t do direct 1-2-1 coaching
Create workbooks/guides with the content provided by client and turn into downloadable items to load onto website/socials/linktree
Create connections with others in the space and arrange video calls/lives for Youtube channel/content for other socials.
Create DM automation for content that requires free content sharing etc
Identify opportunities for speaking at events about health/wellness in the relative countries.
Create memberships & courses for people to join and manage, identifying people to do guest spots weekly, creating value for the members and the courses offered
Skill Sets Required:
Good knowledge and substantial experience in global lead generation
Good knowledge and substantial experience in sales funnels
Exceptional content/copy writing skills
Good graphic design to copy current branding and creation of downloadable literature
Knowledge of using AI for video creation
Understanding of medical terminology/healthcare
Understanding of nutrition
Understanding of regenerative medicine (not essential)
Understanding of peptides (not essential)
