Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator and Due Diligence professional to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting senior executives in administrative functions, underwriting and managing real estate transactions from contract to close. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
Handle executive travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and route correspondence with discretion.
Organize and maintain files, databases, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular management of the company’s accounting and bookeeping
Pay for utilities, credit cards and other invoices on behalf of the CEO
Maintain the Inbox of the CEO on a daily basis.
Act as a liaison between executives and other staff or external contacts, ensuring efficient communication.

Transaction Coordinator Duties:
Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring all administrative tasks are managed efficiently.
Coordinate with realtors, lenders, and escrow companies during transactions.
Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted and compliant with established regulations.
Monitor deadlines and provide timely updates to all involved parties.
Maintain organized transaction records and follow up on contractual items.
Assist in resolving transaction-related issues.
Wire closing funds.

Due Diligence Duties:
Call Real Estate Brokers and speak with them about their opinion of value for a parcel
Work Hand in Hand with our acquisitions team to underwrite their deals and complete due diligence
Underwrite over 30 larger subdivision deals per week in South Carolina, Tennessee

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in executive administrative support and/or real estate transaction coordination.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion in handling confidential information.

This person will work 8:30-5:30 PM EST.
