Job Description

MAIN CONDITIONS: 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING ONLINE AND HANDLING PROJECTS AND NO OTHER EMPLOYMENT.
THIS JOB IS STRICTLY FULL-TIME, MONDAY TO FRIDAY (40 HOURS A WEEK), GRAVEYARD SHIFT DUTY
JOB TASKS:
– Takes charge of all the paperwork needed for the project.
– Communication with all the people working in the project.
– Monitors all the due dates and the needed documents for project completion. Reminding assigned persons of such tasks.
– E-mail management and online filing management – Must be VERY organized.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
– Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
– Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
– Conduct regular project status meetings to keep team members informed and address any project-related issues.
– Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
– Assist in resource allocation and task assignment to ensure optimal project team productivity.
– Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders to provide project updates and progress tracking.
MUST:
– Be extremely organized.
– Highly detail-oriented.
– Speak great English and be able to write emails.
– Be a fast learner and fast worker.
– Have your own PC and multiple screens.
– Have a fast internet connection (25 MBPS and UP).
– Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
– Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address project challenges.
– Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage priorities accordingly.
– Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
– Experience in EXCEL
– Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to assess project performance.
– Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams for remote team communication and google suite.
