eBay Account Manager & Growth Specialist

Job Responsibilities
1. Inbox Management – Handle incoming messages and questions with speed, accuracy, and perfect English language.
2. Customer Support – Handle buyer questions & concerns with shipping details, tracking numbers, refund requests, etc
3. Data Analysis – Analyze simple product data & split-test product Titles, Descriptions, Photos, Categorization, Etc
4. Account Setup – Ability to set up new selling accounts and warm new accounts up
5. Account Health – Maintain current Accounts in good standing, following all rules & requirements, and overcoming account shadowbans or account freezes
6. Product Listing – Ability to accurately list products with great attention to detail
7. Reporting – Daily 5-10 minute Zoom Team Check-In Call (very casual) & Ability to create a simple End of week Loom Report on Sales Data & Strategy
8. Problem Solver – Some problems come up unexpectedly. A person who can overcome problems and issues without direct supervision. Figure it out ability

Job Requirments
1. eBay Experience – Must have 6-12+ months of experience managing eBay accounts (or similar related platforms ex. Amazon)
2. Impeccable English – Excellent written & verbal English – Advanced/Mastery Level
3. Hard Worker – Goes above and beyond in helping grow eBay account. Execute Daily requirements consistently, every single day
4. Availability – Able to work 7/day a week, even if it is just for an hour a day on weekends
5. Fun to work with – Most importantly, a trustworthy, high-integrity person who collaborates and gets along well with our team.
