eBay Account Manager / VA

We’re on the lookout for an awesome E-commerce Virtual Assistant with extensive knowledge and experience of managing an eBay store, including product listing / listing tools, account management and KPI monitoring to maintain ‘TRS’.

Job Description:
As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant / eBay Store Manager, you’ll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring that our eBay store runs like a well-oiled machine. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love all things e-commerce, this role is made for you. We are recruiting several people, so please put eBay in the subject of the application. Responsibilities:
– Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on eBay, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, alert us to reorder products as necessary, and monitor stock which is not selling.
– Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand to make data-driven decisions.
– Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
– Content Creation: Create engaging content, including product descriptions, to attract potential buyers.

Essential Experience:
– ** Attention to detail and strong organisational skills is a priority
– Several years experience in managing a large eBay store on a full time basis.
– Strong understanding of eBay policies, guidelines, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory management.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:
– Experience with other ecommerce platforms (specifically Amazon, Shopify).
– Graphic design skills for creating appealing product images and banners.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes.
