eBay and Etsy Store Manager (Private Label)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented eBay and Etsy Store Manager for private label model, to oversee and manage our online stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of our eBay and Etsy stores, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and increase sales.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our stores competitive.
• Coordinate with the production and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, payments, and shipping promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing eBay and Etsy stores with a track record of successful sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and online marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using eBay and Etsy platforms, including listing tools and analytics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and graphic design is a plus.
