Ebay and Facebook Marketplace Store Manager & Listing Specialist (Remot

I am looking for a Full-Time eBay/Facebook store manager to handle my business and list my products.

**Job Overview:**

As a Data Entry and Listing Specialist at RM Tires, you will play a pivotal role in our online sales
operations. You will be responsible for creating appealing eBay listings, posting them on
Facebook Marketplace, and managing our online inventory. Additionally, you will have the
opportunity to delve into SEO strategies, run advertising campaigns, and provide essential
support for customer relations to enhance our customer experience. Fulltime at 8 hours daily
and 40 hours a week, there may be overtime opportunities as long as time on task is managed properly.
3-4 USD Per Hour, 13th Month Bonus, You can work whenever you want and you can work as much as you want
as long as your working at least 8 hours daily, whatever time is convenient with you through the 24 hours
of the day. We will have a 45 minute phone call daily just to check in with the progress, that you will be payed
for. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will still get paid as long as your doing a task that
was told or that creates value. Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know 3-5 days in advance.
Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses. Lastly, we will be
using hub staff to track hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Create eBay Listings:**
– Draft comprehensive and persuasive eBay listings for our used tire inventory.
– Upload high-quality images of tires and ensure they are visually appealing.
– Determine competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales.
2. **Facebook Marketplace Posting:**
– Transfer eBay listings to Facebook Marketplace with attention to detail.
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
3. **SEO Optimization:**
– Develop a deep understanding of SEO principles and apply them to our listings.
– Optimize listings for relevant keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
4. **Ad Campaign Management:**
– Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to boost sales.
– Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for better results.
5. **Inventory Management:**
– Regularly update and maintain the online inventory to ensure accuracy.
– Remove listings of sold items and add new arrivals promptly.
6. **Customer Relations Support:**
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
– Address customer concerns and ensure their needs are met.
– Maintain a positive online reputation and build customer loyalty.
7. **Flexibility:**
– Adapt to changing priorities and work on various tasks related to online sales.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in data entry and online listings, preferably in an e-commerce
environment.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and a willingness to learn and apply them.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Detail-oriented and capable of creating compelling product descriptions.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
– Interest in digital marketing and the ability to manage online advertising campaigns is a plus.
