Ebay and Shopify Specialist

Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to become an eBay and Shopify Specialist within our team. You will handle our presence on eBay and Shopify as an expert in managing e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

Set up and fine-tune our stores on eBay and Shopify ensuring they embody our brand identity and drive sales.
Oversee product listings, descriptions, and imagery across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and uniformity.
Monitor and assess sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer interactions to pinpoint areas for improvement and expansion.
Deploy strategies to amplify visibility, conversion rates, and average order value on each platform.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to execute campaigns and promotions seamlessly.
Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine our e-commerce operations.
Will also be responsible for managing other ecommerce platforms in the future, such as Debenhams, Wayfair, The Range, TikTok Shop, and Etsy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in setting up and managing stores on various e-commerce platforms
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with outstanding communication skills.
Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle challenges resourcefully.
A deep-seated passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
