Our company specializes in the sales of Coin-operated Washers & Dryers and we are seeking an experienced eBay Products Lister and Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the eBay platform, product listing, and marketing strategies, specifically in the coin-operated washers & dryers industry.
As an eBay Products Lister and Marketer, you will be responsible for maximizing the visibility and sales of our products on eBay through effective listing, marketing, and customer service.
You will play a crucial role in growing our e-commerce business and driving sales on the eBay platform.
Key Responsibilities:
List products on eBay: You will be responsible for creating and managing eBay product listings for our coin-operated washers & dryers that accurately represent our products and optimize their visibility and sales potential.
Market products on eBay: You will develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for the coin-operated washers & dryers industry to drive traffic to our product listings and increase sales. This may include creating promotional listings, running sales, and utilizing other marketing tools and techniques.
Customer service: You will be the main point of contact for our eBay customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies: You will closely monitor the performance of our eBay listings and make data-driven decisions to optimize their performance and drive sales.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an eBay Products Lister and Marketer.
2. Excellent understanding of the eBay platform and product listing strategies.
3. Knowledge of the coin-operated washers & dryers industry and market is a plus
4. Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales in the coin-operated washers & dryers industry.
5. Strong customer service skills and experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and eBay listing tools.
9. Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and sales channels is a plus as we’re looking to expand our products’ sales to other stores.
