Job Summary:
As our eBay Selling Account Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of our Shopify website offerings onto our eBay store. Your role will be crucial in creating compelling product listings, optimizing them for search engines, and ultimately, driving sales on the eBay platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage listings for our eBay store, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and details are imported accurately and effectively from our Shopify website.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize listings, improve search visibility on eBay, and attract a targeted audience to increase sales.
Monitor and analyze the performance of listings, using insights to make data-driven adjustments to titles, keywords, and descriptions to enhance search ranking and conversion rates.
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure high-quality images and engaging descriptions are used to showcase our wall art.
Stay up-to-date with eBay’s policies and updates to ensure our account remains in good standing and our listings comply with platform guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback related to listings.
Track and report on key metrics, including listing performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to the management team.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that inventory levels are reflected accurately in the eBay store listings.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss strategies, promotional activities, and inventory management to optimize our eBay sales channel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts, specifically with eBay.
