Ebay & Shopify Product Listing, Social Media Video Editing, Personal Assistant, E Commerce

We are Austin & Vee the owners of Clearwater Closet. You can find us at Click to view or on Instagram at ClearwaterClosetFL. We are a vintage consignment, pre-owned clothing store that sells online as well as in person at a brick & mortar storefront that opened last week in downtown Clearwater, Florida USA. Vee hand makes clay jewelry & we also upcycle/rework clothing using one of a kind pieces *coming soon*. We work with local artists to consign pieces in our store and gain exposure to small community businesses. Any clothing we can not use going directly to the Homeless Empowerment Program of Clearwater or I personally provide it to people that stop by.

We sell our products through our Shopify store (linked above) & eBay. We have plans to crosslist using ResellKit on Mercari, Poshmark & Depop with the onboarding of a Virtual Assistant.

We are seeking a driven, self motivated individual who will take any random task that may come up and complete it out of passion and without micromanagement. This is a position that will allow you to be on the ground floor of a new small business opening in a growing area. I will personally seek to your development in any way I can help you & welcome providing any experience or training within the confines of the business. You will have full exposure to how things work and can develop in any direction with a growing wage.

-Have a passion for clothing, fashion, sustainability, learning about clothing (styles, trends, keywords, etc).
-Have the ability (or a willingness to learn on your own developmental time) to edit videos for Instagram reels, the ability to learn new fashion trends & utilize online arbitrage for new & pre owned clothing, accessories, shoes, etc.
-Are seeking long term employment with the goal being to manage portions of the business online through other virtual assistants.
-Have a passion for business & entrepreneurial spirit.
-Willingness for learning unfamiliar apps, platforms, UI’s, etc.
-Flexible personality – this is very much a small business and things can change any time. One day I may input clothing one way and the next I find a better way.
-High proficiency of English.
-Knowledge of keywords
-Ability to work within the confines of our time (I usually work between 8AM-8PM EST) daily.
-Work collaboratively with either of us on projects – sharing screen/video calls.
