I am seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on managing our eBay store. Responsibilities:
Create and Optimize Listings and SEO: Generate attractive and effective product listings, incorporating strategic pricing and keyword optimization to enhance visibility and sales.
Monitor Item Compliance: Vigilantly identify VERO (Verified Rights Owner Program) and counterfeit items to ensure all listings comply with eBay’s policies and legal standards.
Exceptional Customer Service: Commit to providing the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Develop Best Practices: Identify, create, and implement best practices for listing creation, customer interaction, and overall store management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Interaction: Promptly and professionally answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Inventory Management: Help develop and manage a systematic inventory scheme to ensure product availability, timely restocking, and minimal overstock.
Sales Strategy: Design and execute compelling sales strategies, including promotions and discounts, to attract buyers and increase revenue.
