JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team member to assist us with product research and product listing. This role is essential in increasing the sales of our e-commerce store and expanding our business.

In order to increase revenue, we need to find new product opportunities and list them on the platform. Hence, this position is important to be handed over to the right candidate.

The career path for this role is to become Sale and Marketing manager. It is very suitable for an individual who wants to grow and learn in the e-commerce space. You will be exposed to learn tons of knowledge about SEO and marketing in e-commerce.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Previous e-commerce experience on product research OR listing required (3 months minimal)
2. Effective Communication Skills
3. Following Instruction Efficiently
4. Attention to detail

DAILY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meeting KPI and weekly goal
2. Follow the process of product researching and meet the standard of efficiency
3. Use analysis skills to find winning products with a high-profit margin
4. Identify trends or recommend a potential product for the upcoming season
5. Competitor research
6. Listing new products on our eBay stores directly or via 3rd party software
7. Optimising listings (use a good title, good tile description, specific and pictures)
8. Ensures listing follows ebay’s guideline
9. Deal with Ebay Vero Items
10. Measure / Audit listing effectiveness
11. Work with 3rd party software: Linnwork .
12. Edit Product Photos
13. Product Demand Analysis

SCHEDULE

Part-time: 2-4 hours a day, depending on workload.
The position will gradually transition to full-time when the business expands
