ElementalV Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated eBay Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing eBay stores and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including listing products, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and optimizing listings for better visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing:

Create and manage listings for new and existing products.
Write compelling product descriptions with accurate details.
Upload high-quality images.
Optimize listings with relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
Order Management:

Process and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
Handle returns and exchanges.
Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via eBay messages.
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trending products and competitive pricing.
Analyze competitors’ listings and suggest improvements.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics.
Generate reports on listing performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Suggest and implement strategies to improve sales and performance.
Promotions and Marketing:

Create and manage promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
Utilize eBay’s promotional tools effectively.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized records of transactions and inventory.
Stay updated with eBay policies and changes.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, specifically in managing eBay stores.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with eBay’s platform, policies, and best practices.
Proficient in using eBay listing tools and software.
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with photo editing software.
Knowledge of dropshipping processes.
Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
