Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a fantastic eBay and Walmart Listing Specialist to join our team. He/she will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in the morning, Philippine time.
***Major Goal;
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant with experience managing eBay and Walmart platforms. The ideal individual will play an important role in assisting our daily administrative operations while also guaranteeing the seamless and efficient maintenance of our online sales channels.
***What would the task be?
-You will be responsible for creating and managing eBay & Walmart listings, ensuring accurate product information and competitive pricing.
-Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms on eBay and Walmart.
-Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to improve search rankings and increase product visibility.
-Implement A/B testing strategies to refine and enhance listing elements for optimal conversion rates.
-Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Quickly identify the root causes of broken listings and implement solutions. This includes fixing issues related to product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and categorization.
-Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with eBay & Walmart platform updates, trends, and best practices in marketplace listings.
-Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory monitoring, and cost updating.
-Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
-Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels on eBay & Walmart. (E.g. on Pricing strategy, aging, and overstock products)
-Providing support for creating seasonal promotions/marketing campaigns.
-KPI management by tracking and understanding key metrics related to the listing and performance of the product on eBay & Walmart,
-Other duties that may be assigned and are relevant to the above-mentioned tasks.
***Qualifications:
-Familiarity with automation tools that can help synchronize listings from Amazon to eBay (e.g Sellerbrite, Channel Advisor, Listing Mirror & Ecomdash)
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
-Experience with eBay Promoted Listings and Walmart Sponsored Products.
-Previous success in driving sales growth through effective listings optimization.
-Excellent in Excel or any other related.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Easy to adapt and learn new tasks.
He/She must also have the following:
-Stable Internet connection with at least 25mbps (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable device (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones (for meetings and collaboration)
