Seeking a skilled and innovative individual to organize content, develop lesson plans,
create e-books and online courses.

This is a very specific approach.

DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE EXPECTATIONS
AND SKILLS NEEDED AS PRESENTED BELOW!

While I have a bulk of the content already, some of it may need to be supplemented
and displayed in different formats.

My approach is “Experiential Learning” meaning that it is not just for reading and
memorizing content.. People learn in a variety of ways. My content needs to reflect
and support that.

To apply, you need to have:

– strong English skills in reading, writing and speaking
– experience in organizing and presenting content in a sequential and supportive manner
– an ability to link content ideas together
– the skill required to organize content into single session learning chunks
– well developed creative writing, copy-writing and research skills
– experience in teaching, ebook creation, a variety of presentation techniques
– a creative mind set for engaging the learners
– an ability to think like a student or learner and translate that into appropriate content

– good tech skills and experience creating video are definite assets.

This is a part-time, as needed position. I have content available for a number of courses.
However, we will focus on creating the templates, formatting, visual reward system,
evaluation techniques and ways to effectively monitor engagement as we develop the
first product.

From there, we can set a timeline to future course / ebook creations.

Both are negotiable.

Working hours are flexible and will be negotiated prior to employment.
