ABOUT THE JOB
Esports Gear is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Product Manager to join our fully remote team and support the management of our growing online product catalogue.

You will report directly to the E-commerce Manager and will be responsible for managing each stage of our product catalogue: setting product pricing, adding new products and vendors, and ensuring the existing product catalogue is maintained and accurate.

Our team is small and highly collaborative, so you will gain valuable experience and build relationships with all the team in this role – learning a unique mix of key skills and expertise to further develop your career.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Manage and maintain our online product catalogues, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add new products and vendors to our offerings
— Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the latest products are ready for promotion across our marketing channels
— Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues related to product offerings
— Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and purchasing team to support external vendors and distributor relationships

REQUIREMENTS
Please ONLY apply for this role if you have the following:
— Excellent written English for instant messaging & email communication (internal team + external vendor)
— Experience using Shopify or a similar E-commerce platform
— At least 1 year experience in data entry/administration role/product management
— Strong work ethic and organised
— Enthusiastic and positive attitude
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: primarily Microsoft Excel & Word
— Ability to work on your own – problem-solve and use your initiative due to time zone limitations. Please note that you will have all the training, tools, and resources available to set you up for success
— Desktop/Laptop computer with a stable internet connection to allow you to access our company apps and tools
— Not essential, but a plus: Experience in image editing experience (Photoshop or other)
— Not essential, but a plus: Interest in gaming and/or tech hardware
