Job Description

I’m looking for badass marketer who are willing to do whatever it takes to grow, no matter how menial the task is. (**Two ecom stores, DTC, in Health Niche and Home Niche**).

**#1** No egos. If you think you’re the only one, this company isn’t for you.

I want hungry individuals, but not anyone that thinks they’re the only reason a brand succeeds.

It will require a full team effort (growth/design/dev/ops/cx/etc) to crack the code.

**#2** You must have deep knowledge when it comes to **paid social and customer acquisition** funnels.

Just knowing the terms “nCPA” and “MER” is not enough.

You will need to prove your expertise across **media buying, angle/hook creative testing, developing offers, and landing pages.**

**#3** You must have a fundamental understanding of how retention channels (**email+sms**) work.

You will need to prove that you can give fast and decisive feedback to **copywriters/designers** while being able to **launch logical tests for popups/collection tools and identify gaps in flows.**

**#4** You must be able to identify opportunities to scale paid search channels.

This means knowing the terms “**brand search” and “PMAX**” isn’t going to cut it.

You must be able to find weak spots in **search/shopping/YouTube strategy to pull every bit of juice out of these platforms.**

**#5** **You enjoy deeply studying and reverse engineering funnels**. You can identify brands that are scaling and studying their every move.

Are their ads coming from the brand page vs whitelisting?

**Do they offer % off or free gifts?**

**Do they run quiz funnels or drive ads to landers?**

**#6** You can identify new channels to test and have **hypothesis-level thinking** as to how you plan to test the success of the channel + plan out a pain/cost tolerance threshold.

Ex: You identify a lack of organic traffic so you find cost-efficient resources to crank up SEO content.

#7 Focus on Growth, growth mean how to take steps in the right direction to increase revenue while maintaining the perfect desire goal of net profit for the business.

#8 A basic training will provided only, need to have the confidence to jump right away and find your way around. we will dedicated someone to show you around (Yes, projections orientations will be provided for the first three days).

#9 Must be able to find its way when launching new projects, like extended on Tiktok or youtube shorts, resources will provided all the time.

#10 Must have a good eye when things come to creatives, UGC creators selecting, we do creatives all day long, since we run ads on multiple platforms. so having an eye to tell a good creatives from bad one is a must have requirements.

#11 As a Marketing Manager, one of your responsibilities will be to assist the graphic designer and video editor by creating comprehensive briefs for the team. These briefs will serve as a guide for executing various tasks, including the creation of Facebook ads. Your role will involve finding, researching, and suggesting ideas, as well as helping team members develop a complete system for creating these ads.

Specifically, you will provide clear instructions on the text that should be included in the ads, ensuring that they align with the brand’s messaging and objectives. Your main focus will be to guide the creative process and collaborate with the team to produce compelling and effective Facebook ads. Given that we go through hundreds of creatives (images and videos) each month, it will be essential to work in advance and have strong planning abilities.

#12 A full knowledge of attribution model is a must, especially how to use Northbeam tool and triplewhale.

#13 Be able to use CRO apps like ****Intelligems A/B Testing**** to come with a higher CRO percentage to make media buying a bit easier or easier to achieve the set targeted goal for the CPA on a monthly basis. KPIs like profit per visitors and revenue per visitors mattar.
