**JOB SUMMARY:**
Give clarity to team members on the task they need to do, hold them accountable and connect dots for those tasks, build documentation for processes that team members are using, help make real improvements to the processes in use, build out dashboards to organize information and help us launch quicker in the future, and assist in miscellaneous tasks related to E-Commerce operations.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
– Having worked with team members to accomplish projects in the past is a plus
– Agile framework is a plus
– *Familiarity with Digital Marketing Strategies and Platforms is a plus*
– Familiarity with E-commerce marketing

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Daily Tasks:**
– Build out SOPs using the templates
– Organize content into playbooks/handbook so that it can be easily located in the future.
– Assist in coordinating tasks and projects making sure that the project is clear, and all of the team members understand.
– Organize each project’s scope and timeline
– Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
**E-Commerce operations:**
– organizing the start-up process from start to finish
– creating guides through each step of the process
– preparing a business for launching on Amazon
– Organize each project’s scope and timeline
**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**
– Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
– Internet with at least 20mbps speed.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a part-time position with 15-20 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US, which will need at least 1-2 hours of overlap time daily in the US.
**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**
175php/hr for 15-20 hours per week, moving to 28k for full-time after one year based on performance.
Once full-time, will be eligible for full-time contractor’s benefits such as; an HMO budget worth P15,000, 15 paid days annual leave, 10 paid holidays, and a Quarterly benefit opportunity of P10,000.
