Job Title: Project Manager (e-Commerce)
Reports to: CEO, Director of Amazon, and Creative Director
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $5 – 15 (Based on experience/skill) + Bonuses and Promotions

Overview and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and experienced project manager for our quickly growing ecommerce brand. Your duties will revolve around keeping track of our systems, SOPs, organizational tools, Google Drives, etc. while being a direct assistant to the CEO and the Director of Amazon. We will be relying on you to organize our company, keep our managers accountable on their tasks/projects, and ultimately keep track of our projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. We will also require you to attend all important meetings as a note taker, organizer, and an active listener. You will be learning a lot about our company as you grow directly with us.

We expect you to have a driven interest to continuously improve your systems by analyzing project outcomes, lessons learned, and implementing best practices/SOPs for future projects. You will be drafting and continuously updating many documents to help us build out systems/SOPs for every operation, type of project, and employee. It will be your duty to organize these documents into the right areas/drives/programs and keep track of them to update as we progress.

This position will eventually lead you to a COO-like role as you are promoted. While this is a very exciting opportunity and time to be joining us, we will be taking your position very seriously as we rely on your success without any mistakes. Just as important is to see initiative from your role as we rely on you to always be looking out for the interest and growth of our company. You will be provided all the resources you need to accomplish this. Requirements:

Extensive knowledge on ClickUp, its many features, ways to implement them, and ability to maximize the use of such features
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
Perfect English speaking and writing skills
Excellent time management and communication skills
Keen interest in perfecting work before it is done.
Driven initiative for consistently improving the business overall within the scope of your work.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
