eComm AM / Graphic Designer (Accounts Manager for Shopee / Lazada / TikTok)

We are a rapidly expanding ecommerce company in search of a motivated and results-driven eCommerce Account Managers who will primarily manage the operations of our eCommerce marketplace stores (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/etc). Main job role is graphic design position, to design product images / banners, with some management of the account (maybe chats, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product listing creations with compelling descriptions
2. Graphic Design – Cover photo editing to enhance product visibility, know the Do’s and Don’ts of marketplaces
3. Able to work & conduct research independently. (Competitor photo analysis for inspiration)
4. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all products are accurately represented and marketed across all platforms.

Bonus if:
1. Able to develop strategies to boost sales and increase customer engagement across our online platforms.
2. We prefer if you have experience in product thumbnail designing, or have SEO knowledge, but it is not a must.

You should be able to create similar product listing images, and descriptions for various products.

Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in managing online retail stores, preferably with TikTok / Shopee / Lazada / Shopify, is greatly preferred
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
5. Proficient in English.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Must own laptop with stable internet speed
