Ecommerce Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are a thriving e-commerce business in search of an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to take charge of our financial management with precision and proactive insight. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for daily cash flow updates, comprehensive management of our total Profit/Loss (P/L), and proficient operation of our Finaloop software. Your expertise will ensure that our spending on ad accounts and cost of goods is meticulously monitored and optimized to prevent any wastage, directly contributing to the financial health and growth of our business.

Requirements
– Experience: At least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the e-commerce sector. CPA certification is a plus.
– Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Finaloop software and familiarity with other financial management tools.
– Tax Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of US tax law, especially as it pertains to S corporations, with a proven track record of managing corporate taxes effectively.
– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear financial reports and insights.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing spend across ad accounts and managing cost of goods sold (COGS).
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, essential for managing daily cash flow and overall financial health.
