Three Rivers Collective is a United States based ecommerce holding company with brands in the Sports and Outdoors space. We have a small US team based with independent contractors across North America, South America, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Overview
We are looking for a person who wants the challenge of handling and improving the accounting processes of a dynamic, fast growing and holding company.
You have a proven track record of accurately recording transactions, generating financial statements, reconciling complex multi-location inventory, cash flow analysis and improving accounting processes.
You pride yourself on acute attention to details, accurate financial statements, and strong organizational skills.
Had you been with us last month, you would have done these types of tasks:
– Day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation for multiple ecommerce brands
– Use timesheets and process payroll
– Scheduled the payments of invoice to our suppliers
– Resolved billing issues with suppliers
– Reconciled cost of goods sold with return product
– Developed and prepared financial for leadership
– Reconciled complex inventory in multiple locations
– Review and adjust accounting entries from other team members
– Help develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts
The best candidate for this job will have:
– Familiarity with ecommerce or retail operations
– Proficiency with QBO, Microsoft Excel
– Family with modern tech stacks and software
– Ability to distill complex financial situations and questions into simple and clear conclusions
– Fantastic analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to effectively collaborate with and support cross-functional remote team members
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement) modeling and analysis
– Very strong written and verbal English
