Join Our Team as an E-Commerce Administrative Assistant

Are you ready to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving success in both E-commerce and
Marketplace platforms? We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as an ECommerce Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting various
operational aspects with your exceptional skills and dedication.

Work Hours: 9 am to 5 pm US Pacific Standard Time

Main Responsibilities:

– Support Management: Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and data entry. Maintain
numerous Excel spreadsheets.
– Quarterly Credit Memos: Aid in processing credit memos for partnerships. Assist with monthly
profit and loss statements and upkeep of partner pricelists.
– Data Entry and Organization: Input and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets,
databases, or other software systems. Organize files, documents, and records efficiently.
– Project Coordination: Support project managers or teams with coordination, tracking
progress, and maintaining project documentation.
– Virtual Office Management: Manage virtual office tools and platforms, including
collaboration software, file-sharing systems, and communication tools.
– Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, gather data, and compile
reports or summaries to support decision-making processes.
– General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the e-commerce and Marketplace
teams as needed.

Requirements:

– Proactive Problem-Solving: Exhibit self-motivation and attention to detail.
– Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
– Experience: Previous experience in general administrative tasks, supporting company
management/executives, and communicating with customers and vendors.
– Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
– Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
– Multitasking: Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Analytical Mindset: Interpret data and make informed decisions.

Please provide your hourly pay rate requirement (USD). This is a contractor position. Must be available to work between 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (USA/Pacific Standard Time)
