Core Tasks:
Backend Store Management: Provide administrative support by creating and maintaining product listings, collections, and billing on the backend of our eCommerce store.
Data Cleanup: Perform data cleanup tasks in Shopify, such as ensuring consistent product descriptions, functional SKU/QR/barcodes, and accurate tagging.
Website QA: Conduct quality assurance checks on website functionality and site merchandising to align with brand standards. Training and support will be provided by the client.
Promotional Pricing: Enter and oversee promotional pricing changes, ensuring they are accurately reflected on the live site.
Task Management: Utilize Asana or a similar project management tool to log tasks and ensure efficient task organization and completion.
Reporting: Maintain and distribute regular reports, including a weekly competitive shopping report.
Must-Have Qualifications:
eCommerce Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with eCommerce brands, including backend store management.
Shopify Proficiency: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listing creation and maintenance.
Project Management: 1+ years of experience using project management tools like Asana.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Technical Aptitude: General technical aptitude for working with non-Shopify tech systems, including familiarity with Liquid code, HTML, and similar technologies.
Visual Design Intuition: Ability to identify design discrepancies and inconsistencies according to brand standards.
Design Experience: Basic design experience in tools like Adobe, Figma, or Canva.
