Job Description: As an Affiliate Manager at Nurse Yard, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic, increase sales, and promote our healthcare products across the USA, Canada, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Recruitment:
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners who align with our target market and product offerings.
• Evaluate potential affiliates based on their audience, reach, and ability to drive traffic and sales.

2. Affiliate Onboarding:
• Provide comprehensive onboarding support to new affiliates, explaining program details, commission structures, and promotional materials.
• Assist affiliates in setting up tracking links and integrating marketing materials effectively.

3. Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing affiliates, offering them ongoing support and resources to maximize their performance.
• Address affiliate inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

4. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
• Monitor affiliate performance by tracking clicks, conversions, and sales generated through affiliate links.
• Analyze data to identify top-performing affiliates and areas for improvement.

5. Commission Management:
• Accurately calculate and process affiliate commissions according to agreed-upon terms and commission structures.
• Ensure timely and consistent payments to affiliates.

6. Content and Promotion Support:
• Collaborate with affiliates on campaign strategies and creative ideas.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials such as banners, product images, and promotional content.

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that affiliates adhere to our branding guidelines and comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as FTC guidelines.
• Monitor and enforce affiliate compliance to maintain our brand’s integrity.

8. Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on the affiliate program’s performance, including key metrics, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the program.

9. Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase affiliate recruitment, revenue, and program growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive analysis to adapt strategies as needed.

10. Communication:
• Keep affiliates informed about promotions, product launches, and changes to the affiliate program.
• Foster open and effective communication with affiliates through newsletters, webinars, and one-on-one interactions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role within e-commerce or healthcare product industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare and wellness products is a plus.
