We are looking for an experienced Virtual eCommerce and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team.
You will be working with eCommerce platforms and marketing sites to promote sales of our products and those for which we are an affiliate.

Daily responsibilities include:
*Accurate reporting of daily tasks and activities through our productivity and communication platforms.
*Marketing, sales, and site management for eCommerce stores on the Shopify and GoHighLevel platforms. We are using Print On Demand so you will come up with product ideas; create, edit, and upload product photos and descriptions to add them to the stores; and remove outdated items.
*Create, manage, and update campaigns for physical and digital affiliate marketing products working with the CEO and/or the Director of Operations. This will include creating and implementing a content schedule that promotes selected products.
*Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues to address.
*Other duties as assigned. We are a team, and there may be special occasions where we all need to lend a hand.
Required Technical Skills:
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year of experience in the following:
*Maintenance & Growth of eCommerce store(s) on the Shopify platform.
*Expertise & Experience in generating sales for eCommerce stores.
*Experience in successfully conducting affiliate marketing campaigns.
Other Skills:
We are looking for a fast learner with great communication skills who is not afraid to ask questions or suggest different strategies.
You must be detail-oriented and be a creative problem solver.
Must be able to quickly learn new software, systems, and platforms.
We have very specific, ambitious growth plans we would like to implement, so you must be able to hit the ground running.

Salary:
This is a tiered position of $300-$550USD/month for full-time work. Progressing to the next tier requires satisfactorily meeting the expectations of the position.
Subsequent raises will be discussed annually.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that may include occasional weekends. You can work anytime you want as long as you can complete all the required tasks.
There will be mandatory team meetings that will be scheduled, and there may be specific times that you will need to work in order to coordinate with other team members for specific projects.
We have a 1-year probation period, but you’ll qualify for 6 days of vacation leave, 2 Wellness days, and 3 days of sick leave after you have completed the first half (6 months) of the probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Days.
