Role Purpose
As a Ecommerce/Amazon Administrator at 2San, you will support the Ecommerce manager for optimizing and managing our product listings on the Amazon platform and other customer ecommerce platforms. This will include all aspects such as product marketing, operations, finance, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Product Listing Management:
– Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Keyword Research and Optimization:
– Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility and ranking on Amazon’s search results.
– Implement SEO strategies to improve product listings and drive organic traffic.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
– Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
– Identify opportunities for growth and recommend actionable insights to increase sales and profitability.
Competitor Analysis:
– Keep a close eye on competitors’ listings, pricing strategies, and customer reviews to maintain a competitive edge.
– Implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to market changes.
Customer Service and Feedback Management:
– Respond to customer inquiries and address issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Manage customer feedback and reviews to build a positive online reputation.
Amazon Policy Compliance:
– Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and guidelines, ensuring that all listings and practices adhere to their requirements.
– Resolve any account-related issues or policy violations promptly.
Promotions and Advertising:
– Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
– Manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Inventory and Order Management:
– Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize storage costs.
Data Security and Privacy:
– Handle customer and business data with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
– Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon updates, and best practices to continuously enhance our Amazon marketplace strategies.
– Recommend process improvements and automation solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align efforts and achieve overall business objectives.
Performance Reporting:
– Provide regular performance reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
– Assist with other Ecommerce-related tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the business.

Experience
– Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role.
– Demonstrable track record of managing the various areas of Amazon and/or other ecommerce platforms.
– Experienced user of Excel and data visualisation tools
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
– Proficient in using keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and listing optimization tools.
– Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first design.
– Fluent in English (C2 or above)
– Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or United States time zone
Technology Setup
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:
– Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
– Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
– Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
– An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.
