ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SWOOC Games Team, your mission is to optimize Amazon PPC ad campaigns to achieve a target (TACoS) of 7.5% while growing annual revenue by 70+% by executing and improving existing PPC strategies, launching and scaling campaigns for new and existing products as well as new ad types.
• Lead both strategy and execution for all ad types of Amazon advertising campaigns.
• Manage, execute, & improve current Amazon advertising campaigns & optimization processes.
• Monitor weekly KPIs, analyze individual product performance changes, and suggest and execute improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date on all new Amazon updates including new ad types, new targeting methods, and best industry practices. Communicate with the CMO on new opportunities and suggest the best method of implementation.
• Identify & document wins/successes and key learnings and best practices. Apply those insights to other products and campaigns.
• Work closely with the CMO and different internal departments to communicate on new product launches, product performance, inventory levels, planned deals/coupons, and other aspects that may affect PPC & overall product performance.
• Conduct keyword research & set up new campaigns for new product launches.
• Communicate regularly with the internal team on status, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present updated metrics and complete and accurate data in weekly reports.
• Perform effective keyword research, market research, and competitor research to ensure that PPC campaigns are delivered with maximum effect.
• Mentor and develop advertising team.
This position will work directly under our CMO. We have a strong optimization process in place that has achieved the targets of 7.5% TACoS & 70+% revenue growth for over 5 years straight. We are looking for someone who can plug into our workflow quickly and offer their expertise to execute and suggest improvements.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of Amazon PPC experience.
• Expert level of knowledge of Amazon PPC with a proven record of increasing sales while achieving target TACoS.
• Experienced with 7-figure+ accounts and a high number of SKUs.
• Key Competencies: Highly Organized, Results-Oriented, Detail-Oriented, Teamwork, Flexible, Analytical Skills, Communication.
• Experience with using bulk files.
• Advanced Google Sheets & MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP, PVOT, SUMIFS, and more)
• Experience with Excel VBA and/or Google Scripts is a plus but not required.

HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK
• 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 08:00am to 01:00pm EST.
• The remaining hours can be completed on a flexible schedule.
